Cotton Polyblend T-Shirts - Learn More:
While a blend t-shirt generally features a combonation of blends, they can vary in the actual percentage of fabric blend ratios. What does that mean? We are here to help:
- 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester Blends - A 50/50 cotton/polyester blend will have exactly that. This means that there is an equal amount of cotton to polyester, so the benefits of cotton vs polyester will be about equal.
- Over 50% Cotton Blends - Products that have a higher ratio of cotton than polyester tend to be softer and wear a little bit cooler due to cotton's breathability. The more cotton in the product the more they will shrink and wrinkle more.
- Over 50% Polyester Blends - These products will have more of an athletic style shirt feel. They will be more moisture wicking, but they will tend to be not as soft and not as comfy for casual wear. If you are looking for a sports tee or athletic blend, be sure to choose an item with more polyester - the more the better.

Frequently Asked Questions about Polyester T-Shirts
The term "cotton blend" simply refers to a fabric or material that is made up of cotton and another fiber such as polyester, rayon, spandex, etc.
Rinspun cotton has gone through extra steps to simply add softness. A shirt that has ringspun cotton will generally be softer than a shirt with standard, or carded, cotton.
While our no minimum dtg process is best used with cotton fabrics, we do offer a great tri-blend option. Design the No Minimum Tri-Blend.
